Job summary

Responsibilities

• Adhere to indoor merchandising guide and maintain displays per company standards
• Monitor inventory with regular stock counts and replenish as needed
• Oversee department recovery to keep a neat, organized shopping area
• Execute price changes accurately and update labels and signage
• Manage planogram implementations and layout per guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the department
• Provide proactive customer service and assist with inquiries and product location
• Support front-end operations with transactions and loadouts
• Operate store equipment and handheld devices as required
• Participate in cross-training and learning initiatives
• Contribute to a culture of Rural King values and continuous improvement
• Perform other duties as assigned
