Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience in a department lead or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to convey instructions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a department to ensure efficient operations and merchandising standards.
• Maintain inventory levels through regular stock counts and replenishment.
• Coordinate price changes and update signage.
• Ensure department cleanliness and safety protocols.
• Assist customers and provide proactive service.
• Support front-end functions including transactions when needed.
• Operate standard retail equipment and handheld devices.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to increase flexibility.
• Participate in training programs and apply new skills.
