Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience in a department role.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a 40-hour week with variable hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department operations including inventory management, scanning outs, and planogram adherence.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock counts and replenishment.
• Direct and monitor the recovery process to keep department clean and visually appealing.
• Coordinate price changes and signage with relevant teams.
• Implement playbook features and planogram sets per company guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the department.
• Provide proactive customer service and assist customers with inquiries and product location.
• Assist at the front end with transactions or loadouts as needed.
• Operate general retail equipment and handheld devices safely.
• Participate in cross-training to support multiple departments.
• Engage in training programs and continuous learning to improve performance.
• Support colleagues with inquiries and issues promptly, upholding Rural King values.
