Responsibilities

• Adhere to the indoor merchandising guide to maintain standards and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock counts and replenishment.
• Oversee the recovery process to keep the department neat and appealing.
• Coordinate and execute price changes with relevant teams.
• Manage playbook features and planogram sets per company guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the department.
• Provide customer service and assist with inquiries, locating products, and addressing concerns.
• Support front-end tasks such as transactions or loadouts as required.
• Operate general office equipment and retail devices (phones, copy, calculators).
• Operate handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other retail equipment.
• Participate in cross-training and learning initiatives to stay current.
