Job summary

E&H Ace Hardware in Bainbridge, Ohio is seeking enthusiastic Dept Leads to drive sales, manage department organization, and support daily store operations. You will lead a specific product category, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and act as a trusted keyholder.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lead by example and work well within a team.
• Familiarity with retail computer systems and MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service to every customer and uphold our Customer First Sales culture.
• Own performance, presentation, and inventory for your department.
• Assist with in-store and online special orders and promotions.
• Maintain accurate inventory and cycle counts.
• Open and/or close the store as needed and act as a keyholder.
• Collaborate with team and store leadership to meet goals.
• Adapt shifts to evenings, weekends, and holidays.
