Shriners Children’s Portland is seeking a Department Assistant III to support the Radiology Department with clerical and administrative tasks. The role acts as a resource to staff, patients, families and the public, and assists the department director with operations and tasks.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 1 year in a health-care office, excellent customer service, and proficient Microsoft Office skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

The Department Assistant III performs a variety of secretarial and responsible clerical functions, and acts as resource to staff, patients, families and public regarding assigned areas of responsibilities. Additionally, this position supports the department director in completion of administrative tasks and departmental operations. Shriners Portland is looking for a Department Assistant III to support the Radiology Department.
Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
