Shriners Children’s is seeking an on-site administrative professional to support patient communications, scheduling, and record-keeping. You will respond to inquiries with empathy, guide patients through services and clinic processes, and ensure timely documentation in the EHR. Triage urgent calls and protect patient privacy in all interactions.
The role emphasizes active listening, clear communication, and collaboration with care teams to enhance patient satisfaction within a pediatric setting.
