Job summary

Shriners Children’s is seeking a Department Assistant in Radiology to support the team as a film librarian and receptionist. This part-time role runs Tuesday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 12 noon.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, at least one year of administrative experience, and basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office. Prior clinic or hospital experience is preferred.

• Basic/Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft Suite of products.

• Files permanent medical records
• Track outside films/images that come in

• Serves as a point of contact for patients and their families providing information and resources

Job Description

The Department Assistant, Radiology, supports the Radiology team acting as the film librarian and providing receptionist duties for the department.

Hours for this part-time position are Tuesday - Friday 8 a.m. - 12 noon.
