Shriners Children’s in the Chicago area is seeking an Administrative Assistant for Patient Care Services to support the Market Director of Patient Care Services/Nurse Executive in planning, organizing and implementing essential activities for patient care administration. The role involves transcription, scheduling, calendar management, phone support, and front-desk duties.
Requires a High School diploma and intermediate MS Office skills; 3–5 years of administrative experience preferred.

Job Description The Patient Care Services Administrative Assistant, under the supervision of the Market Director of Patient Care Services/Nurse Executive, assists in planning, organizing and implementing necessary activities essential to the administration of patient care services. This is achieved by performing administrative duties and by maintaining an orderly and efficient work environment.
The pay range for this position is $29.42 - $44.10. Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
