Shriners Children’s is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative support to the Director of Patient Care Services and the Clinical Departments. You will manage calendars, arrange travel, coordinate meetings, attend meetings, and prepare minutes while maintaining confidentiality.
This role requires 7+ years of executive-level administrative experience, excellent communication, and superb organizational skills.

The Executive Assistant is responsible for the direct administrative support of the Director of Patient Care Services and the Clinical Departments. The individual will maintain calendars, make travel arrangements, coordinate schedules, attend meetings and compose minutes and other correspondence as directed and maintain confidentiality with sensitive business communications. They will also assist with special projects, answer questions, and direct employees, visitor and patient families and other constituents to appropriate resources.
