Job summary

Essenti Talent seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to establish its Denver office and build the local electrical practice. You will lead the team, mentor engineers and designers, and coordinate with other offices to staff and deliver projects in the region.

Responsibility includes designing power distribution for industrial and critical facilities, performing short circuit and arc flash studies, and guiding projects from design to startup while collaborating with process, mechanical, and controls

Qualifications

Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer (Electrical) with Colorado registration or ability to obtain.
Experience leading electrical design for industrial, semiconductor, life sciences, or process-driven facilities.
Desire to learn and grow into the new role.

Responsibilities

Open and build the Denver office and establish its electrical practice.
Serve as the local point of contact for regional clients; hire and mentor engineers and designers; collaborate with other offices.
Design power distribution for industrial/critical facilities; perform short circuit, coordination, and arc flash studies.
Lead electrical design from basis of design through construction and startup; coordinate with process, mechanical, and controls engineers.
Review and seal drawings and calculations as Engineer of Record.
