Job summary

Management Performance Associates seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to establish its Denver office and grow the electrical practice in the market. The role is based in the Denver, CO area and will require building a local team and developing client relationships.

You will design power distribution for industrial and critical facilities, mentor engineers and designers, coordinate with other offices, and oversee projects from basis of design to startup.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (Electrical) with Colorado registration or ability to obtain it.
• Experience leading electrical design for industrial, semiconductor, life sciences, or process-driven facilities.
• Desire to learn and grow into the new role.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Denver office and staff.
• Serve as local point of contact for clients in the region.
• Staff and deliver projects with other offices to ensure successful completion.
• Lead electrical design from basis of design through construction documents, construction administration, and startup.
• Coordinate with process, mechanical, and controls engineers on integrated facility designs.
• Review and seal drawings and calculations as Engineer of Record.
