Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for our client in the Denver, CO area to establish the firm's first electrical office. You will build the local practice, lead design for industrial and life sciences facilities, and staff the office as it grows.

The role covers power distribution, motor controls, lighting, fire alarm, short circuit studies, arc flash, and coordination with process and controls teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (Electrical), with Colorado registration or the ability to obtain it.
• Experience leading electrical design for industrial, semiconductor, life sciences, or other process-driven facilities.
• Desire to learn and grow into the new role.

Responsabilités

• Serve as local point of contact for clients in the region.
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineers and designers as the office grows.
• Work with other offices to staff and deliver projects.
• Design power distribution for industrial and critical facilities, including low- and medium-voltage distribution, motor controls, lighting and lighting control, standby generation, and fire alarm.
• Perform and review short circuit, coordination, and arc flash studies.
• Lead electrical design from basis of design through construction documents, construction administration, and startup.
• Coordinate with process, mechanical, and controls engineers on integrated facility designs.
• Review and seal drawings and calculations as Engineer of Record.
