Job summary

Change Please USA seeks a Denver Metro Regional Manager to oversee program delivery, training, and regional operations. You will manage trainee journeys, partner with non-profits and government agencies, and drive coffee retail expansion in the Denver area.

The role reports to the National Manager and requires leading barista training, ensuring quality and customer service across sites, with occasional broader US travel.

• Experience in employment services support including job skills training, job seeking, and job placement for untraditional populations.
• Experience in cafe management and coffee production.
• A Team Player who works well with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Forge relationships with referral partners to connect beneficiaries to training.
• Support trainee journey with 3-week intensive training and onward employment.
• Identify obstacles and mobilize networks for solutions.
• Deliver workshops on resume writing, interview prep, and mock interviews.
• Identify job opportunities with partners for graduates, prioritizing full-time, living-wage roles.
• Grow Change Please commercial coffee presence in the region.
• Oversee daily retail operations, inventory, merchandising, and sales analysis.
