Job summary

Starbucks in Denver is seeking an assignment manager to lead partner branded gear and recognition initiatives across the company. You will support studies that boost partner engagement and develop branded tools that improve the partner experience.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, collect partner feedback, and drive projects across regions and global groups to ensure consistent branding and impact.

Qualifications

• Graduation (or equivalent) required.
• 1‑2 years of project or program management experience, preferably in a partner‑centric role.
• Passion for creating high‑quality reports that increase partner engagement.
• Strong verbal communication, organizational, time‑management, and self‑control skills.
• Strong task management, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the companion‑branded tools strategy and recognition initiatives that impact partner enjoyment.
• Collect partner feedback and ideas to guide future projects and branded equipment.
• Collaborate with the Uplift! group to ensure consistency across recognition tactics, systems, and equipment.
• Partner with providers in the design, implementation, and maintenance of branded tools and recognition projects.
• Apply knowledge, tactics, skills, and tools to meet project objectives.
• Drive cross‑functional projects by leading teams that span regions and frequent global groups.
• Integrate across applications to ensure the recognition and branded associate tools provide a seamless experience for partners.
