Job summary

7 Brew Coffee seeks a Regional Manager to oversee multiple stands, drive operational success, and reinforce the brand culture region-wide. You will ensure exceptional customer experiences, maintain efficiency, and uphold standards across all locations.

You will lead Stand Managers, mentor leaders, review performance, and align regional activities with company goals while promoting a fast, fun, and friendly service ethos.

Responsibilities

• Attend leadership meetings and regional gatherings to align with goals and priorities.
• Maintain a visible presence by visiting stands to support teams and assess performance.
• Provide feedback to Stand Managers on customer service, efficiency, and financial results.
• Achieve COGS and labor targets through effective oversight of stand operations and scheduling.
• Collaborate with Stand Managers to optimize inventory, reduce waste, and ensure quality.
• Identify and mentor Stand Managers and Shift Leads to build leadership within the region.
• Analyze sales data to drive traffic, average ticket size, and customer loyalty.
• Promote 7 Brew culture, values, teamwork, and WOW moments for customers and staff.
• Oversee stand audits to ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Provide regular feedback and accountability to Stand Managers to drive continuous improvement.
