Job summary

Motley 7 Brew LLC in Vancouver, WA seeks a Regional Manager to oversee a location’s profitability while preserving 7 Brew’s culture, mission, and values. You will spend time in the stands to ensure operations meet company standards and report to the C-suite.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching of Managers, and collaboration with teams across locations to drive growth, maintain quality, and control labor costs while delivering fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• Flex schedule including early mornings and late nights.
• Be consistently present to coach, observe, train and support staff.
• Weekend and holiday availability as needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee location profitability while upholding 7 Brew’s culture and values.
• Spend time in the stands to verify daily operations meet standards.
• Lead and develop Managers, implementing directives from upper management.
• Monitor inventory, labor costs, and KPIs to drive operational excellence.
• Coordinate across locations to share best practices and growth ideas.
• Ensure compliance with safety, maintenance schedules and procedures.
