This in-person role, reporting to the Senior Training Manager, involves onboarding new hires, coaching in-store, and partnering with Operations to build capable teams delivering exceptional coffee, matcha, and hospitality. Qualifications

• 2+ years barista and training experience
• Ability to travel regularly between stores across Washington, DC and Philadelphia
• Expert in milk steaming with precise textures for lattes, flat whites, and cappuccinos
• Excellent time management and prioritization
• Strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Oversee, validate, and track each barista's journey through the training program
• Lead in-store training and large group trainings at the lab
• Facilitate final bar assessments and shift lead training certifications
• Develop cross-functional reporting to improve store performance
