Job summary

Nbutexas, a fast-growing food & beverage brand, is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple locations along the Philadelphia through Washington DC corridor. You will drive operational performance, develop strong teams, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across the region.

Lead a team of General Managers, coach leaders, manage labor, inventory, and P&L, and partner with openings and initiatives to scale growth while maintaining brand standards and safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of District management leadership experience in coffee/fast-casual concepts.
• Proven success leading salaried managers and developing strong teams.
• Strong P&L, labor, and inventory management experience.
• Hands-on leadership style with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with growth environments, change management, or new openings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple locations through a team of General Managers, ensuring strong operations and brand consistency.
• Coach, develop, and promote leaders while building a positive, results-driven culture.
• Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and financial performance across the market.
• Support new store openings, operational initiatives, and process improvements.
• Maintain high standards in customer experience, cleanliness, safety, and store presentation.
