Job summary

Snell & Wilmer in Denver is seeking an IT Technician to support laptops, desktops, printers, audio-visual gear, and network connectivity. You will report to the IT Technician Manager and collaborate with the Solution Center, Infrastructure and Security teams.

The role requires 2–3 years of computer support, strong troubleshooting for Windows and Mac iOS, and solid TCP/IP/LAN/WAN knowledge. Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities are essential.

Qualifications

2–3 years of computer support experience
Strong troubleshooting for Windows and Mac iOS
Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN and VoIP
Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair computers in a networked environment
Configure and support hardware, laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and VoIP phones
Provide onsite support for Solution Center, Infrastructure, Systems, and Security teams
Imaging and placement of equipment; maintain inventory of devices
Manage trouble tickets and develop desktop/technical support processes
Travel to other offices as needed, participate in long-term projects
