Job summary

Automated Business Technologies in Centennial, CO, is seeking an experienced IT support specialist to deliver network, server, and desktop troubleshooting and to support client IT environments. You will install, configure, and maintain systems, work with client contacts, and resolve issues promptly.

Ideal candidates will have Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, and MSP/Help Desk experience, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in configuring and troubleshooting network, server, and desktop environments.
• Strong knowledge of network hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN technologies.
• Experience with Active Directory, GPOs, and user account management.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for networks, servers, computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, operating systems and software applications.
• Work with key client contacts to support their networks and software systems.
• Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution to technical issues.
• Conduct network administration tasks, including LAN/WAN/SDWAN setup and troubleshooting.
• Analyze client system logs and identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with IT team members to implement and support IT projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT security.
