Qualifications

• Previous dental office experience required.
• Front Desk and/or Treatment Coordinator experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Confidence discussing treatment plans insurance and financial arrangements.
• Experience with dental software and insurance verification processes.
• Team oriented mindset and commitment to outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in/out patients with a friendly professional attitude.
• Answer a multi line phone system and assist with appointment scheduling.
• Update patient information insurance details and medical histories.
• Collect patient payments and assist with financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Coordinate referrals records requests and office correspondence.
• Present treatment plans and explain procedures timelines and costs.
• Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage and payment options.
• Coordinate surgical procedures and follow up appointments.
