• Previous dental office experience required.
• Front Desk and/or Treatment Coordinator experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Confidence discussing treatment plans, insurance and financial arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk & Patient Experience: Welcome and check in/out patients with a friendly professional attitude.
• Answer a multi-line phone system and assist with appointment scheduling.
• Manage appointment confirmations, reschedules and cancellations.
• Update patient information, insurance details and medical histories.
• Collect patient payments and assist with financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Coordinate referrals, records requests and office correspondence.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
• Treatment Coordination: Present treatment plans and answer questions regarding procedures, timelines and costs.
• Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage and payment options.
• Coordinate surgical procedures and follow-up appointments.
• Communicate with referring dental offices to ensure seamless patient care.
• Support treatment acceptance through excellent patient communication.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and case records.
