Job summary

Envista is seeking a Territory Representative to drive sales in dental clinics and labs. You will develop a comprehensive sales plan, present Nobel Biocare products, assess customer needs, and manage regular contacts to build long-term relationships.

You will analyze territory trends, execute marketing strategies, and pursue new customers while staying aligned with company policies and budget. Travel and trade show participation are part of the role, with strong emphasis on technical product

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of achievement-oriented sales experience with Nobel Biocare or equivalent with direct competition, or a minimum of 4 years in sales in medical devices.
• Ability to digest, comprehend and verbalize highly technical product and clinical information.
• Demonstrated professional sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales plan for existing and new customers; assess their needs and characteristics.
• Present products, solutions and services to customers.
• Analyze and assess customer and territory sales trends; plan activity to meet sales goals.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to strengthen relationships and satisfaction; execute marketing activities to grow core business.
• Identify prospective customers and convert them from competition to new customers.
• Develop relationships with influential thought leaders to expand market share.
• Maintain accurate customer files and share information within the local organization.
• Report product issues or competitive threats to management.
• Stay informed on products, technologies and clinical studies to informs strategies.
• Understand and apply company policies; operate territory within budget.
• Establish travel schedule for regular customer contact; plan routing.
• Manage territory expenses; complete administrative paperwork.
• Participate in trade shows and company meetings; support Yorba Linda education programs.
