Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for the Sugarland area to drive growth with Invisalign and iTero solutions.

You will manage orthodontist and general dentist accounts, deploy territory plans, and educate practices on digital tools to increase case volume and revenue. Ideal candidates have a 4+ year track record in B2B medical device or dental sales, a Bachelor's degree, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 4 years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driver's license required for field travel.
• Comfort discussing business metrics (ROI, cash flow) with customers.

Responsibilities

• Teach customers to modernize their business using digital Invisalign/iTero tools.
• Achieve quarterly and yearly territory sales targets.
• Manage geography of orthodontists and general dentists and onboard new accounts.
• Plan and execute a territory plan with account potential insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align Align solutions with customer needs.
