Job summary

Nobel Biocare is seeking a Territory Representative to achieve sales and service goals in dental clinics and laboratories within an assigned territory. You will promote Nobel Biocare products and services to existing and potential customers under company policies.

Responsibilities include developing sales plans, analyzing territory trends, maintaining customer relationships, and converting competitors' customers. Travel and trade show participation are expected as part of territory management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of achievement-oriented sales experience with Nobel Biocare or equivalent.
• Ability to drive a car (essential function).
• Demonstrated professional sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Undergraduate degree in business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales plan for existing and new customers. Present appropriate products, solutions and services.
• Analyze and assess customer and territory sales trends. Plan sales activity to meet goals.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Identify and contact prospective customers; convert competitors' customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key thought leaders to expand market share.
• Maintain accurate customer files and records for sharing within the organization.
• Report product issues or loss of key customers to management.
• Stay informed on products, clinical studies, and competitive activity to adjust strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and implement them at the territory level.
• Establish and follow a travel schedule and route planning.
• Manage territory within budget and complete admin paperwork.
• Participate in trade shows and company meetings as appropriate.
