Job summary

Nobel Biocare is seeking a Territory Representative to drive sales and service goals in a defined dental market, promoting Nobel Biocare products to clinics and labs and coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires building strong customer relationships, analyzing territory data, and executing a travel schedule within budget while supporting company policies and training programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of achievement-oriented sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive a car is required.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales plan for existing and new customers, access their needs and characteristics. Present appropriate products, solutions and services.
• Analyze and assess customer and territory sales trends. Plan sales activity to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction with products, solutions and services offered; implement and monitor creative marketing activities to grow core business.
• Identify and contact prospective customers; develop and implement strategies to convert them from competition to new customers.
