Job summary

Candid is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in the northern Los Angeles territory, including Thousand Oaks and Glendale. You will identify prospective dental practices, conduct engaging demos, manage onboarding, and nurture ongoing relationships to grow the clear aligner business.

The role requires strong communication, a proactive mindset, and readiness for extensive travel within the region. You’ll join a fast-paced team focused on helping clinicians deliver effective, affordable

Qualifications

• B2B, outside sales experience in clear aligner industry or healthcare.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Comfort discussing business topics (cash flow, ROI, P&L) and product details.
• Willingness to travel extensively within region (~60% overnight).

Responsibilities

• Identify potential dentists and practices that fit target market.
• Conduct demos and lunch-and-learn sessions to present products.
• Own client onboarding and drive adoption with new clients.
• Build and manage long-term relationships to grow accounts.
• Stay informed on market trends and communicate value to clients.
