Advanced Dentistry of South Florida in Delray Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Patient Service Representative to join our fast-paced, patient-focused front desk team. The role requires dental office experience and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

You will manage high-volume calls, schedule and confirm appointments, verify insurance, collect copays, and coordinate with doctors and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• Dental office experience is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Comfortable working with computers and digital systems.
• Experience with dental software (Dentrix/Eaglesoft/Open Dental) preferred.
• Excellent multitasking abilities and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Answering and managing high-volume inbound calls.
• Scheduling, confirming, and optimizing patient appointments.
• Greeting and checking in patients.
• Verifying dental insurance benefits and eligibility.
• Collecting copays and patient payments.
• Assisting patients with treatment and financial discussions.
• Managing patient communications via phone, email, and text.
• Supporting recall, reactivation, and schedule-fill initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborating with doctors, hygienists, and leadership to ensure an excellent patient experience.
