Job summary

Coral Springs Dental Center in Florida is seeking a dynamic Front Desk / Treatment Planner to join our fast‑growing team. You will greet patients, discuss treatment options, arrange financing, and coordinate schedules for doctors and hygienists.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience, outstanding professionalism, and strong communication and organizational skills. You must be comfortable working Saturdays and a flexible late shift, with familiarity of PPO and HMO plans.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience preferred.
• Available to work Saturdays and flexible late shift.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with PPO and HMO insurance.

Responsibilities

• Present and discuss patient dental treatment offering financial arrangements.
• Greet patients by first name and assist them throughout their office visit.
• Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the office or calling in.
• Assist patients with billing questions and follow up on unscheduled recare/treatment appointments.
• Responsible for provider schedules and daily goals.
