Job summary

Smile Grand Haven is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to support patients with scheduling and treatment options. You will explain costs, coordinate between referring offices and surgery teams, and manage data collection and communications for a smooth patient experience.

The role emphasizes interpersonal skills, accuracy in clerical tasks, and comfort with dental software and office systems within a collaborative team.
