Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a Treatment Care Coordinator to enhance patient experiences through our G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude). You will welcome patients, assist with insurance verification, schedule appointments, and explain payment options to support treatment decisions.

You will help patients feel supported whether they visit us or call to arrange care, and you will contribute to a friendly, efficient dental practice environment with a focus on exceptional service.

Competenze

• At least one year of related experience.
• Knowledge of dental terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
