Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to join Greater Pittsburgh Dental Group. You will partner with the Doctor to support daily operations, leadership development, and patient-centered care across the practice.

The role focuses on setting strategic goals, guiding teams, and building a high-performance culture while enabling clinicians to deliver exceptional care to the community.

This position offers growth opportunities, mentorship, and exposure to a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3 - 5 years’ leadership experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment
• Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics

Responsibilities

• Develop and pursue annual top business goals and personal development goals
• Ensure goals and priorities of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership
• Support the Doctor Led, Hygiene Driven, Operations focus through meetings and huddles
• Onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support office
• Prioritize training and growth through Core Essentials and development programs
• Collaborate with Doctors to identify skills needed for open positions
