A strong leader with HIPAA discipline is required to maintain excellence across operations.

You will supervise clinicians and front-office teams, optimize workflows, and drive patient satisfaction in a fast-paced dental environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional communication with patients, team members, management, dentists, and visitors.
• Strict adherence to HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.
• General knowledge of front and back office dental procedures and clinical policies.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all daily practice operations.
• Supervise front desk staff, dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists to maximize efficiency.
• Establish, implement, and monitor office policies and procedures.
• Evaluate staff performance and work quality on a regular basis.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor practice budgets.
• Oversee appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out, treatment plan presentation, and financial coordination.
• Maintain general ledger, billing systems, and cash controls.
• Hire, train, and supervise new office employees.
