Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations for 600 North Dental Care in Brownsburg, Indiana. You’ll be a valued business partner to the Doctor, guiding and supporting the team to deliver excellent patient care.

Work with a brand-new office opening in March 2027, featuring state-of-the-art equipment and technology. You’ll help develop leaders, manage operations, and foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and service.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 3 - 5 years’ leadership experience (in a professional office, hospitality, retail, banking, medical, etc.)
• Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment
• Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
