Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations for Thorpe Creek Dental Care in Fishers, Indiana. You will partner with the Doctor to guide and support the team, focusing on patient care and business needs while fostering a strong culture of camaraderie.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of leadership experience in a dental/medical setting, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to analyze processes to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Two years of leadership experience in a dental/medical setting or equivalent in a professional office.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with a focus on patient care and team performance.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify trends and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills.
• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Ensure goals of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Support Doctor-led, hygiene-driven, operations focus with monthly synergy meetings.
• Partner with Doctors to identify skills and plan for future team growth.
• Onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support offices.
