Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to join Shadow Brook Dental Care in Suwanee, GA. You will partner with the Doctor to lead daily operations, manage patient flow, and align the office with Heartland's service standards.

In this role, you’ll develop annual goals, lead a team through training, and drive financial performance while upholding compliance and exceptional patient care. A strong communicator with proven leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Master role through PMO training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills.
• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Ensure goals and priorities of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Lead regular meetings and daily huddles to maintain alignment and performance.
• Partner with Doctors to identify skills needed for open positions and proper selection within the practice.
• Onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support offices.
• Support team members’ training and growth through Core Essentials and beyond.
