Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to join our team. As a Practice Manager of Operations, you will be a valued business partner to the Doctor, guiding and supporting the team to deliver exceptional patient care while growing the office.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree required; 3–5 years leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Ability to analyze processes and identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• HIPAA training and PHI/data safeguards awareness.
