Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations in Kennesaw, GA, to guide office teams and support doctors in delivering exceptional patient care. You will drive leadership development, align priorities with clinical goals, and manage onboarding, training, and performance milestones.

You will partner with doctors to monitor Top 10 enterprise goals, implement strategic improvements, and foster a culture of continuous learning and patient-first care across our supported offices.

Qualifications

• For this role, a Bachelor's or Associate’s degree or 3-5 years of leadership experience is preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centered environments is required.
• Analytical mindset to identify problems and trends and implement solutions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching and conflict resolution skills.
• Trustworthy with patient confidentiality and strong team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the dental office team through servant leadership and goal setting.
• Collaborate with Doctors to align priorities and monitor top goals.
• Onboard new team members with recruiting and office support processes.
• Drive training programs and Core Essentials for staff growth.
• Partner with Doctors to identify skills needed and support financial goals.
