Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to lead office-level operations, develop goals, and support doctors and teams with servant leadership. You will work to align priorities and drive performance across the practice.

You will onboard new team members, coach staff, manage meetings, and coordinate training and performance metrics to ensure exceptional patient care and a strong, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or leadership experience acceptable.
• Strong communication, leadership and coaching skills required.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO training to develop technical and leadership skills.
• Develop annual top 10 business goals and personal development goals.
• Lead through servant leadership to align doctors and teams with goals.
• Onboard new team members and support recruiting partnerships.
• Coach and support staff through daily operations and meetings.
