Staunton Dental Care, part of Heartland Dental, is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to join our team. You’ll serve as a key business partner to the Doctor and guide the office toward exceptional patient care and strong team performance.

This role emphasizes leadership development, strategic planning, and servant leadership. You’ll participate in regular meetings, set goals, onboard new members, and help doctors plan continuing education, all aimed at sustainable practice growth.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years leadership experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
• Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO training to develop technical and leadership skills.
• Set and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Ensure Doctors and teams achieve goals through servant leadership.
• Lead monthly synergy meetings and weekly team huddles.
• Support doctor-led, hygiene-driven operations and daily alignment.
• Onboard new team members with recruiting and office support.
• Identify future growth by selecting candidates matching role.
• Help Doctors plan CE through education and leadership programs.
