Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree
• 3–5 years leadership experience
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Trustworthy; patient confidentiality and team ethics

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PMO training to grow technical, commitment, and leadership skills
• Set and pursue annual business and personal development goals
• Support doctor-led, hygiene-driven operations through meetings and huddles
• Onboard new team members with recruiting and support office
