Heartland Dental’s Staunton Dental Care seeks a Practice Manager of Operations to join our team in Staunton, Virginia. This role partners with the Doctor to lead a high-performing office and drive patient care excellence while supporting business needs.

As PMO, you’ll mentor staff, manage training, and help set quarterly/annual financial goals. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential; dental office experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years leadership experience.
• Experience in fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete PMO training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills.
• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and 16 personal development goals.
• Ensure goals and priorities of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Support the Doctor Led, Hygiene Driven, Operations focus through meetings and huddles.
• Create alignment with doctor through daily one-on-ones and weekly touch points.
