Job summary

Heartland Dental currently seeks a Practice Manager of Operations to join Modern Family Dentistry as a key leader within our supported network. You will be a trusted business partner to the Doctor, guiding the team to deliver exceptional patient care while aligning with business goals and financial targets.

This role emphasizes servant leadership, daily huddles, monthly meetings, and ongoing development. You will develop annual goals, manage training, and ensure clinic operations run smoothly

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years’ leadership experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pursue annual top business goals and development plans.
• Ensure goals and priorities of Doctors and teams are achieved through servant leadership.
• Lead meetings and huddles to drive alignment and performance.
• Onboard and mentor new team members with recruiting and support office partnerships.
