Job summary

Heartland Dental’s County Line Dental Care is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to lead daily office activities and partner with the Doctor to deliver exceptional patient care. You will oversee billing, scheduling, patient service, and staff development while using reports to drive improvements and implement best practices.

A degree or 3–5 years of leadership experience in a professional setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions.
• HIPAA training awareness and maintaining patient confidentiality as required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a business partner to the Doctor, ensuring office delivers unparalleled support to Doctor and patients.
• Guide the team by driving continuous improvement and mastery of roles.
• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and team collaboration.
• Oversee daily operations, including billing, payments, patient issues, scheduling, and inventory.
• Select, onboard, train, coach, and retain top-performing team members.
• Review reports to identify opportunities and implement best practices to improve office performance.
