Heartland Dental, supporting St. Lucie Family Dental in Port St. Lucie, FL, seeks a Practice Manager of Operations to partner with doctors, lead a dynamic team and drive patient-centered care.

The PMO will implement training, monitor performance, and guide daily operations to meet top business goals. Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in fast-paced, customer-focused settings and a commitment to growth, quality care, and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or 3–5 years of leadership experience) in a professional setting.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, coaching and conflict resolution skills.
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Doctors to align goals and drive top 10 professional objectives.
• Lead and develop the team through training, coaching and regular huddles.
• Manage daily operations and support office leadership in financial planning.
• Onboard new team members and collaborate with recruiting.
• Support CE planning and development for staff growth.
