Qualifications

• Minimum Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years’ leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support office teams through goals and training.
• Partner with Doctors to align priorities and monitor progress.
• Onboard new team members and manage recruitment partnerships.
