Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations for Pooler Parkway Dental Care to lead daily operations, support doctors, and drive patient-centered care while building a strong team culture.

The PMO will focus on strategic planning, staff development, and process improvement, delivering excellence in service, quality, and financial performance across the practice.

A $1500 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Must have an associate or bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsibilities

• Master PMO training and develop leadership skills.
• Set and pursue annual top goals with Doctors and teams.
• Lead through servant leadership and team meetings.
• Coordinate with Doctors to align priorities and financial goals.
• Onboard new team members with recruiting partners.
• Support training and growth through Core Essentials.
