Meadow Ranch Dental Care in Ocala, Florida is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations to join our team. This role partners with the Doctor to guide the practice, drive top 10 business goals, and foster a culture of learning and patient-first care.

The PMO will lead weekly huddles, monthly synergy meetings, and support recruiting and training to build a strong, compliant practice that delivers exceptional patient experiences.

Formación

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years’ leadership experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coaching and conflict resolution.
• Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.

Responsabilidades

• Prioritize and complete PMO training to develop technical, commitment and leadership skills.
• Develop and pursue annual business goals and personal development plans.
• Support Doctors and teams through servant leadership.
• Lead regular meetings: synergy, team huddles and morning discussions.
• Onboard new team members with recruiting and support office.
• Collaborate with Doctors to align skills and open positions.
