You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure efficient scheduling, collections, receivables, and expenses, while promoting growth through sales and promotional initiatives. The role emphasizes financial reporting and banking administration to maintain a high-performing practice.

Formación

• Experience in managing a dental or medical office is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Knowledge of payroll, AR/AP, and financial reporting is desirable.

• Manage office profit and loss, including scheduling, staff productivity, collections, receivables and expenses.
